Since 2005 serving as trustees, conservators of the person and/or estate, or handling decedent estate administration for clients primarily in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Over 40 years of combined experience in the health care and pharmaceutical field. Experienced with managing multi-million dollar financial plans, assessing and analyzing needs, managing multi-level projects and organizing cross-sectional team efforts.
Fiduciary Relationship Building
Extensive experience with senior corporate executives, corporate finance departments, external auditors, & legal counsel, portfolio managers, investors and regulatory agencies. Experience includes working with stock transfer agents, stock brokerage firms, and limited partnership investments. Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and geriatric drugs.

Joyce Anthony, CLPF #25
Joyce Anthony, co-owner of Prime Fiduciary Services, enjoys working with individuals and families to bring them peace of mind. She is available to act when the need arises and keeps an open mind on how best to handle the day-to-day wishes as well as the long-term needs. She excels in the art of listening and finding ways to create a positive outcome. Her clients’ best interests come first and she works in a respectful and efficient manner.
Joyce is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Sociology.
Prior to starting Prime Fiduciary Services, Joyce had a successful career in the pharmaceutical and health care field, primarily with ALZA Corporation.
She is a Past President of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, along with many other leadership positions, and is a frequent presenter at professional fiduciary meetings.

Bonnie Burdett, CLPF #24
Bonnie Burdett, co-owner of Prime Fiduciary Services, enjoys serving as an advocate for her clients, putting their needs first and making sure their physical safety, personal happiness, health and welfare are best served at all times.
Prior to starting Prime Fiduciary Services, Bonnie had a successful career for 25 years in investor and corporate relations at ALZA Corporation, a pharmaceutical and drug delivery company, and later as a consultant helping medical device and biotechnology companies raise equity. Bonnie has a Sociology degree from University of California, Santa Barbara.
She has held leadership positions in the Professional Fiduciary Association of California and is an active member of the Los Altos Rotary Club and other organizations.

Sheila Bradford, CLPF #1005
Sheila Bradford enjoys assisting with life transitions by working collaboratively with individuals and family members. She works diligently and professionally to address her clients’ needs while being mindful of their wishes and best interests.
Sheila has a B.S. in Combined Sciences and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
Prior to joining Prime Fiduciary Services, Sheila had a successful career in the biopharmaceutical industry in product management and alliance management roles, primarily at ALZA Corporation.
Sheila is a member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California.
